A secret sea garden located off the Pembrokeshire coast is supplying an award-winning food business with seaweed and shellfish straight from coast to kitchen.

Seaweed enthusiast and Pembrokeshire Beach Food founder Jonathan Williams has built his business by harvesting foods from the sea.

Now he is letting nature take its course by creating an area of hemp ropes where seaweed and shellfish can naturally seed, creating a secret sea garden to supply his busy kitchens.
